David G. Nelson – Chairman  
Mr. Nelson is the president and principal of Nelson International, manufacturer, importer and distributor of processed wood products, Vancouver, BC, Canada, a former chairman and principal of Rockland Industrial Products LLC, manufacturer of laminated truck trailer flooring, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Indiana and Ontario (Canada), a chairman and principal of Quality One Wood Working LLC, manufacturer of unfinished oak kitchen cabinets, Minnesota, and a director of First Fortune Investments Inc., a Toronto Stock Exchange listed company.

Malcolm F. Clay – Director
Mr. Clay was a partner of KPMG and predecessor firms for 27 years, retiring in 2002.  As a public accountant he served as lead audit or concurring partner for public companies listed on AMEX, NYSE, and Canadian stock exchanges. He was the Partner-in-Charge of the KPMG Vancouver Audit practice for ten years. In 1997 he was elected as the non-executive Chairman of KPMG Canada. During his career he acted as an accountant and advisor for numerous private companies. Currently, Mr. Clay the Chairman of the Audit committee for three public companies.

Gordon J. Herdman – Director
Since 1984, Mr. Herdman has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Nelson International Inc., an importer and distributor of manufactured wood products where Mr. Herdman was responsible for the accounting and financial management of the company and its subsidiaries. Until recently, he held the position of Chief Financial Officer of both Rockland Industrial Products LLC, a US based manufacturer of laminated truck trailer flooring, and WaterSave Logic Corporation. Mr. Herdman is a Canadian Chartered Accountant.

Rick Gummer - Director

Mr. Gummer is an accomplished and respected financial services executive with more than 25 years of leadership and operational experience. He has held senior positions with several leading organizations in the Canadian residential mortgage industry including First Canadian Title, Xceed Mortgage Corporation and CIBC Mortgages Inc.
