Mr. Mike Linehan, MBA
Chief Executive Officer
Prior to joining Abode, Mr. Linehan held the position of Regional Vice-President, Residential Mortgages with RBC Royal Bank and proceeding that Mr. Linehan held the position of Vice-President, Residential Mortgages for HLC Home Loans Canada (Division of CIBC Mortgages Inc) Mr. Linehan brings to Abode over 15 years of senior leadership experience in the mortgage industry. He holds an MBA from Royal Roads University and recently completed further education at The University of Notre Dame. In his role, Mr. Linehan will be responsible for all organizational and strategic aspects of Abode's operations.
Mr. Alistair Taylor, LLB
President
Mr. Taylor joined the Abode executive team on April 15, 2008. Mr. Taylor has more than 25 years of experience in Canadian law most recently with Warren Tettensor Amantea LLP in Calgary Alberta. Mr. Taylor specializes in banking and commercial lending security, foreclosures and collections, mortgages and mortgage fraud, commercial real estate, not-for-profit and environmental law, drafting and interpreting commercial contracts. Mr. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Law from Queens University. Mr. Taylor is responsible for all areas of the Abode operating company. In addition Mr.Taylor also oversees corporate governance including registrations, licensing and compliance items related to TSX-Venture requirements. Additional responsibilities include relevant legal matters pertaining to the corporation such as preparing securitized sale agreements, warehouse lending agreements, and strategic business contracts.
Ms. Pamella Mulek
Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Mulek has been involved in the financial services industry for 25 years. Her business experience in the financial services sector has been very extensive in the mortgage banking area. In June 2001, Ms. Mulek, assumed the national position of a 'boarded' Vice President of Origination Operations for a major Canadian Chartered Bank (CIBC), responsible for 234 full-time employees {FTE} and 5 origination centres across Canada. In the last fiscal year these Origination Centres funded approximately 120,000 residential mortgages, for a total funding volume of $14 billion.
Mr. Bill Boni, CGA, CIM
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Boni has been involved in the financial services industry for over 18 years. He has an extensive array of experience in asset/liability management, investment portfolio management, asset securitization, foreign exchange, derivative trading, and capital preservation. He has consulted for numerous financial institutions not only providing successful strategic financial advice to both on and off balance sheet positions but also providing relevant educational seminars to their Boards of Directors. Previous to his consulting role Mr. Boni held the position of Treasurer for Canada’s second largest credit union, Coast Capital Savings, where he, along with a staff of six, developed and executed a variety strategic plans for the on and off balance sheet portfolio of over $6.5 Billion in assets.
Mr. Joeseph DiGiambattista
Senior Vice-President, Central Canada
Mr. DiGiambattista is an accomplished financial services executive with more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in Canada’s mortgage industry. He previously held the position of Vice President, Greater Toronto Area for HLC Home Loans Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of CIBC Mortgages and Lending, where he had responsibility for mortgage originations and program development. Earlier in his career, he held the position of Vice President, HLC Lending Solutions, a non conforming mortgage delivery division for HLC Home Loans Canada.
